Sacha Boisvert

Tony Robinson

Skating:

Good Skater able to get to spots especially from the top of the circles down and around the net. Not a burner but fast enough.

Passing/Handling:

Passing is good to very good, finds open teammates. Puck handling is good, has a little trouble in close to his body

Shooting:

Very Good shot (especially wrist shot)

IQ (Vision, Anticipation, Panic/Poise):

IQ is very good, he anticipates well on face-offs and getting open shots around the net. Seems to be a little bit of panic but I can see it dissipating as time goes on.

Forechecking:

Forechecking is average at best, for now. He is not being asked to do it in USHL right now , but probably will be at North Dakota

Defense:

As with most players now a days, defense is a priority later in life normal one stick poke checks and the like. Most of his time currently is offensive.

Best Asset:

His best asset is his shot!

Biggest Concern:

Not committing to the defensive side of the puck.

Top Tier/Role Potential:

Tier 1/2, If he can work on defense while expanding his offensive abilities sky is the limit, Center or wing top 6, Power Play

Justification for Top Tier Assessment:

His shot can become elite, IQ is high!

50th Percentile Tier/Role:

Tier 3, role player 3rd line special situations, minimal power play.

Justification for 50th Percentile Tier Assessment:

Lack of defense, not much BASH.

Stylistic Comparable:

Kind of Reminds me of Patrik Laine.

Scouts Final Thoughts and Additional Stats/Info:

Could be a close to superstar if he puts in the work, Patrik Laine type. I did see he was floating once in awhile but not an abnormal amount. I will keeping my eye on him.
